    The floor-to-ceiling glass allowed for amazing views of the Hastings River, and the spacious design made it comfortable. I adored the complimentary bottle of wine and the awesome breakfast buffet that fueled my days.

    The view from our room was fantastic - we only spent one night but were very close to booking another two nights. We watched the dolphins both in the early evening and then the next morning. We have decided to come back and specifically ask for that room.

    We weren't there long enough to find anything of fault

    Absolutely perfect and amazing location, I appreciated almost everything.

    The hotel was nicely appointed with lively personnel on top of their service. The breakfast was savoury and awesome, had plenty of food like breads and yogurt. The place was centrally positioned, very close to Kooloonbung Creek Nature Park.

    The room quality is hit or miss-some guests ended up in lower-level rooms with obstructed views and a lot of noise from the pool area. Amenities are outdated, with reports of musty smells, old carpets, and noisy air conditioning units. The dining experience was lacking. One guest waited over an hour for dinner service, and there were mix-ups with orders. Parking could also be a hassle for taller vehicles due to height restrictions, and breakfast pricing seemed extravagant, especially for kids.

    Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the parking had height issues causing damage to my vehicle.

    overall it was fantastic on level 3. i appreciated that there were a lounge, armchairs and a storage. the hotel was centrally situated so close to a mall and a supermarket, next pub and shops and walking trail and trucks.

    I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment with Water View for 3 nights. The kitchen was amazing, and we saw dolphins while sipping wine on the balcony. The staff was great and the modern design of the apartment was a nice touch. Definitely coming back 🐬
